As an athlete on the Bahamas national beach soccer team, I have had a number of minor injuries over the last year. When I dislocated my rib last summer, James’ high standard of care and professionalism played a key role in my recovery. His holistic approach to therapy not helped my recovery but also ensured that I developed a better understanding of my body. James worked with me during strength and conditioning and Yoga sessions helped me to set realistic goals for my return to play. Thanks to James, I feel that I can now perform at a higher level both and off the field and that I have developed a better understanding of the concept of wellness.
